Welcome to Spring Garden Revitalization II, a community of 58 affordable multi-site rental apartment homes located within the historic Spring Garden neighborhood of Philadelphia. A diverse and culturally rich community, this is a neighborhood perfect for families with children. One to four bedroom apartment homes are offered, some designed for the physically challenged or those with hearing or vision impairment. Each of the 22 existing apartment buildings meets Philadelphia Historical Commission standards to preserve and enhance the historical significance of this dynamic community. Three new buildings will complete Spring Garden Revitalization II.

The Michaels Organization also offers residents the unique opportunity to apply for college scholarships offered through The Michaels Organization Educational Foundation. The nonprofit Educational Foundation has helped thousands of Michaels residents of all ages achieve their dreams of higher education. All Michaels’ residents are eligible to apply and may reapply each year of their undergraduate education
